Neylani Castro is a filmmaker and visual storyteller who creates deeply personal work, inviting audiences into her world. She filmed Parallel Lines in her hometown of Nogales, Arizona, drawing inspiration from the story of how her parents met. Neylani’s favorite part of filmmaking is building connections through storytelling, and creating memories on set, where collaboration and laughter leave a lasting impact,both in the final film and in the meaningful experiences shared by the cast and crew of Parallel Lines.
