Lindsey Policar is a filmmaker from Sacramento who has been heavily involved in the arts her whole life. Her years in musical theatre heavily influenced her passion for cinema, as well as her fascination with music and pop culture from previous decades. She wants to use different time periods, with their various aesthetics, to tell stories that take the audience on a journey with the characters through their emotions and experiences. Lindsey’s goal is to make films that use stylistic nostalgia to portray all degrees of the human condition.
