Named in honor of celebrated University of Arizona Theatre Professor Monte Ralstin, this award given to a current UA student comes with a $500 cash award.

For excellence in cinematography, the winner of this award receives a certificate worth $1,500 in rental gear from Monsoon Production Services, Southern Arizona’s largest film equipment rental house.

For excellence in editing, the winner of this award will receive $500 in gift certificates for products from Other World Computing, the leading provider of hard drives and peripherals for the Mac community.

For excellence in sound design, the winners of this award receives a one-year subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud, a suite of 20+ software programs, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
